Registration And Pricing

Access to JuriFamille is based on the purchase of licenses, either for individual users or a group of users. Once purchased, a license grants access to the JuriFamille application for the duration that was purchased.

Individual Licenses

Licenses for a single user can be purchased only for a full year (12 months).

Group Licenses

For users who are part of a same law firm or organization, a group license (from 2 to 50 users) can be purchased for a period of twelve (12) months.

The user purchasing the license from their JuriFamille account is responsible for managing the users in their group. Also, within a group, all licenses will start and end on the same date, no matter when a user is added to the group.

Group licenses can be either purchased by a member of the group, or through a license management account.

Licence Management Accounts

On request, we provide accounts used exclusively for license management, allowing an employee in your organization to manage license purchases and access assignments to members of their group.

Assistant Accounts

Each lawyer account on JuriFamille has the possibility to create an associated assistant account, which effectively grants access to the lawyer's case files to the designated account. Please note that an Assistant Account may not be used by another lawyer or mediator

Renewal

It is possible at any given moment to purchase a new license, which will always start on the day following the expiry of the current license. Also note that users will be reminded (both by email and through a notice on their account home page) to renew their license fifteen (15) days before their current license expires.
