We will soon launch a new Jurifamille version!

In addition to a new appearance, this new version will introduce new features that will be integrated progressively over the next months.

We also revised our pricing and the license purchase policy to better serve our customer base.

The new version launch is was scheduled for July 1st, 2024, but due to some technical deployment issues, we have pushed back the launch to July 8th, 2024.

June 6, 2025 New federal lowest marginal personal income tax rate

The new tax rate for the first income bracket for individuals at the federal level for 2025 has been adopted in the Commons. This new rate of 14% comes into effect on July 1st and will ensure that for 2025, the effective rate will be 14.5% (taking into account the first half of the year at 15%).

What is JuriFamille?

JuriFamille helps lawyers complete the Child Support Determination Form (Schedule I) and the Statement of income and expenditures and balance sheet (Form III) for spousal support, as well as other forms prescribed by law for divorce procedures..

In addition to doing all the calculations determining child or spousal support, the application is designed to help the lawyer easily create scenarios and formulate hypotheses with respect to child custodies, the admissibility of certain expenses, incomes, deductions, or any other aspect pertaining to a given case file.

As per its important role in the calculations, the clients’ fiscality is automatically taken care of.

User Friendly and Ubiquitous

JuriFamille has been designed to overcome the inherent complexity of the problems it helps solving. The application strives to synthesize as much as possible information pertaining to the calculations, thereby preserving a simple and clear interface. Only pertinent information related to the case file is visible.

Because it is a web application, hosted on the CSBQ’s servers, the software is accessible to any computer connected to the Internet.

Also, all software upgrades are instantaneously available for all registered users.

Safe

Your case file data is stored in databases on the Corporation de services’ servers.

Physical access to the computing room is restricted to authorized personnel. Access to the data itself is only given to the application’s creators for support purposes.

Communications between your computer and the server are secured by the same technology used in online banking: 2048bit SSL encryption.
